DESCRIPTION:In this November course\, participants will learn a process that reframes and mitigates their top stressors – in just minutes. \nJoin CHA director\, Leah Crowell\, to explore how she applies HeartMath®\, a system that incorporates heart rate variability and biofeedback tools that help individuals reduce stress\, regulate emotions\, and improve well-being. \nLeah Crowell is a sociologist\, with 25 years of professional experience in child and youth care. Inspired in 2011 to learn more about HeartMath®\, Leah travelled to California to complete HeartMath’s “Train the Trainer” course\, where she surprised her teachers by her remarkable abilities.
