DESCRIPTION:We have all heard about the health benefits of light and frequency\, but did you know sound\, which is also a frequency bandwidth\, can be exceptionally healing too\, and that goes right back to why church bells in medieval Europe would be rung on the hour throughout the day. They weren’t just telling the time\, they were warding off illness and disease. Now sound healing is making a come-back\, especially in the field of homeopathy where prescriptions are becoming emailed sound-bites! \nHosted by CHA Director Alan Brough this 3-part CHA training course will give participants an in-depth understanding of Sound\, Light and Frequency healing\, how it started\, how it has developed and how you can use it at home for your own health and wellbeing. \nOur first course in this fascinating series will be on sound healing and will be held on the evening of Wednesday June 10th. This will be followed by the session on Light Therapy on Wednesday 17th\, and finally the last session will be on Frequency healing on Wednesday June 24th.
