Why Omega 3 is Key to Optimal Health

 

A recent study in August 2025, revealed that the vast majority of North Americans have an average ratio of 15 to 1 of Omega 6 to Omega 3. The optimal ratio should be 3 Omega 6 to 1 Omega 3! This Omega 6 excess causes inflammation, while an improved balance of Omega 3s reduces inflammation. 

Dr. Bill Code’s training presentation will discuss why getting this ratio right is so important and how you can learn your Omega 3 to 6 ratio. He will also talk about an innovative new product of fish oil and olive oil that can dramatically improve your ratio – and consequently your health.
