CHA New Health Series Training Session on LIGHT THERAPY

We have all heard about light therapy (or at least ‘red light’ therapy) and have seen the numerous ads, podcasts and social media promos about it. But does it really work? If so, how can you use it at home, and be confident about what to buy, what it really does and how to use it? And are there safety concerns that you should be aware of, and exactly what should you be looking for when shopping for the right device for yourself?
Get the answers to all these questions and any others you may have in this very informative 2 hour training session hosted by CHA Director Alan Brough, who will also go through the history of light therapy and all the incredible case studies that are now coming to light (if you pardon the pun!).
The session will be on Wednesday June 17th and starts at 5 pm PT / 6 pm MT / 8 pm EST. Tickets cost $30.00, although paid members of CHA are eligible for discounted member tickets at just $20.00.
