HeartMath for Stress Management Presenting by Leah Crowell, CHA Director

In this November course, participants will learn a process that reframes and mitigates their top stressors – in just minutes.

Join CHA director, Leah Crowell, to explore how she applies HeartMath®, a system that incorporates heart rate variability and biofeedback tools that help individuals reduce stress, regulate emotions, and improve well-being.

Leah Crowell is a sociologist, with 25 years of professional experience in child and youth care. Inspired in 2011 to learn more about HeartMath®, Leah travelled to California to complete HeartMath’s “Train the Trainer” course, where she surprised her teachers by her remarkable abilities. Now she will be passing on those skills to you.
