Executive Director’s Message

This week has been quite a challenge, at least for me, but what I have learnt through this quantum manifesting journey that we have been on, is to see the hand of fate and destiny in everything that happens.
If one part of our lives starts to get challenging, I now believe that it is a sign that maybe we are either dealing with it, or just seeing it in the wrong way. If we step back and try to understand the lesson, and learn from it, we could well see a better way of resolving our issues, or of being pushed in a whole new exciting direction, that we might not have seen before.
Just yesterday afternoon while I was chatting to one of our wellness centre members, she started telling me all about how to manifest the future we REALLY want. It was a succinct reminder of everything Darylle and Dorle have been telling me for months. I have never had a conversation like that with any of our members, yet, just when I needed to hear it again, there she was. She then also shared the titles of several of her favourite books on quantum manifesting, which I am now sharing with you below…
It reminds me, once again, that with focused concentration, faith and belief you can not only manifest the life you want, but you can manifest your way through whatever challenges life throws at you.
This leads me to the Quote of The Week below… It is Jeremiah chapter 29 verse 11. Not a quote that I was familiar with before about 10 days ago when I found it hidden at the bottom of some product packaging…

Ever since I stumbled upon this quote, it seems to be appearing before me in different meaningful ways almost every day! It is clearly a message of hope and positivity. So again, why now? Well, clearly, because I need it. That, I think, is the beautiful thing about embracing our quantum abilities and allowing ourselves to be lead by destiny, because there is no doubt that God has a plan, and we all have a purpose, and what joy it is to start appreciating that.

Quote of the Week

Wins of the Week

We have seen quite a few more wins than usual over the last seven days. Here is a selection of just some of the Canadian and American ones…

1. As reported by JUNO News, the Superior Court of Quebec has ruled that the provincial government violated Charter rights when it ordered a convention centre to cancel an event held by a Christian group over its pro-life stance. On July 31, Judge Alain Trudel ordered former Quebec Minister of Tourism Caroline Proulx, the Quebec City Convention Centre and the Attorney General of Quebec to pay the plaintiff, an evangelical Christian group, $30,636.92 for its decision to prevent the “Faith, Freedom, Fire” event in 2023.
2. In Alberta earlier this week, Premier Danielle Smith issued a statement on the recently established Bill C-9 ‘snitch line’ that the police established for people to report ‘hurt feelings’ as ‘hate speech.’ The Premier announced that, “We will be writing to our provincial and municipal policing providers to ensure they understand Albertans’ policing priorities should focus on violent crimes, illegal drugs, theft and vandalism… not people’s free speech. Free Speech is a foundational Alberta value. We don’t believe in policing unpopular or religious-based statements even if they are controversial. That’s a slippery slope other countries have fallen into and we can’t go down that road.” This has essentially squashed this questionable initiative that was recently announced on social media by the Edmonton Police. Hopefully other Canadian provinces will follow Smith’s good example.
3. On Thursday this week, the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee voted to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress and refer him to the Justice Department for possible prosecution after he pled the Fifth Amendment 111 times in last week’s hearing on the origins of the Covid-19 pandemic. The decision from this vote will now go to the U.S. Attorney’s office, which will decide whether to investigate and / or prosecute Fauci. Fauci is only the second doctor to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights before the United States Congress and only the third physician to be held in contempt since Congress asserted its contempt power back in 1795!
4. A U.S. federal judge has temporarily barred California medical regulators from investigating or disciplining three physicians based on the viewpoints they share with their patients about COVID-19. In an order signed Wednesday, Senior U.S. District Judge William B. Shubb granted a renewed motion for a preliminary injunction in favour of Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Le Trinh Hoang and Dr. Brian Tyson. CHD CEO Mary Holland called the preliminary injunction a victory for the physicians. “Fantastic news that doctors can still be doctors and not just mouthpieces for the state,” she said. “It verges on the absurd that Dr. Kory had to go to the U.S. Supreme Court and back to the California district court to establish that he — not the state — can be a doctor to his patients. But there it is.” When this was announced a few days ago, Dr. Pierre Kory issued a very powerful and pertinent statement titled ‘Free Speech Prevailed’ which you can read below…
5. A U.S. Senate subcommittee investigating Dr. Anthony Fauci said that a few days ago it obtained a copy of Fauci’s iPhone from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), The Wall Street Journal reported. Senator Ron Johnson, chair of the U.S. Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, which is investigating Fauci, said, “Hopefully, this device will address many of the questions he refused to answer at last week’s hearing,”
6. Still in the United States, Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon, the top Democrat on the Finance Committee, wants to put a federal tax framework around data centers. Wyden proposed on Thursday to strip away tax incentives if they’re applied toward building data centers, arguing that the current construction boom shows that tech companies don’t need the help. He also wants to impose a low single-digit excise tax that would generate new revenue from data centers, which have prompted concerns around the country about environmental impacts and the rise of artificial intelligence. Hopefully this idea will be adopted widely across the United States and in Canada to curb the current enthusiasm we have been seeing for these massive power and water hungry facilities, whose contribution to the wellbeing of the population at large is still largely unanswered.

CHA Director Myriam Bohémier Is Officially Part of The Allison Inquiry Legal Team

The Allison Inquiry, chaired by MP Dean Allison, will hear testimony from Canadians reporting injuries following the Covid-19 “vaccines” through September 8–11, 2026. Broadcast live from Parliament Hill, it marks the first time Canadian lawmakers will hear this testimony in a parliamentary forum.

Canada Health Alliance is very proud to announce that one of our own Board members, Myriam Bohémier, has officially been appointed to the Allison Inquiry legal team and will be working with the French-speaking witnesses.

Free Speech Prevailed

On the evening of Wednesday, August 5th 2026, a U.S. Judge “enjoined the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board from investigating, accusing or sanctioning Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Le Trinh Hoang and Dr. Brian Tyson based on the viewpoint of the information, recommendations, or advice they gave a patient about Covid-19, including their departure from the position of the public health authorities.”

This is MASSIVE, as it is a complicated and ‘legal’ way of saying that the medical boards must stop persecuting, pressurizing and intimidating these doctors (and, by the precedent, doctors generally) for speaking their truth about Covid, the mandates and the muzzling of contrary opinions.

When this ‘enjoinment’ was announced, Dr. Pierre Kory, who we at Canada Health Alliance know, follow and admire, issued his own statement which is as follows…

“What they can no longer do is punish us for telling our own patients the truth as we saw it: that in our medical judgment the state was coercing and mandating its citizens into receiving toxic, lethal, ineffective, illogical, and experimental gene therapies, and that we would not pretend otherwise. We continue to have the freedom, even in Clownifornia, to both hold and freely express opinions that contradict those of the priesthood within public health and academia. The court even said, in so many words, that the boards may not dress up a viewpoint prosecution as a “standard of care” or “informed consent” case. That was always the trick, and the judge saw through it.

Preliminary injunction

This is a preliminary injunction, which means the full fight over the merits continues. But a preliminary injunction is not a small thing because a federal court does not issue one unless it has concluded we are likely to win, and it protects us right now, today, from the machine that spent years trying to grind down doctors who would not read from the state’s script.

First Amendment

The sad reality of it all is that we had to learn that a government that can tell your doctor what he is allowed to say can basically tell your doctor to lie to you. The First Amendment exists for exactly this moment, when the official position is loud, certain, and literally dead wrong. It allows for what were a few handfuls of doctors to publicly warn you. That is, if you cared to listen to what they turned us into, i.e., “discredited doctors.” We were told to fall in line or lose everything. We said no (or, in my case, the emphatic New Yorker version of no). And a federal judge just told the State of California that saying no was our right (including the New Yorker version, although he didn’t state that specifically).

The Biggest Breast Cancer Advance in the Last Twenty Years

In medicine, we love a good heroic story. A patient suffers a serious disease. A drug company produces a brilliant new drug which proves to be beneficial. Lives are saved. Everyone is happy. Another battle won in the war on disease. Science marches triumphantly forward.

But sometimes the real story is less heroic and far more awkward. And the major “advance” comes not from a new drug, but from the opposite: because patients stopped swallowing a drug that never should have been so widely used in the first place.

That is almost certainly the case of breast cancer in North America in the early 2000s.

The pivotal moment came in the summer of 2002 when a major randomized trial, called the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) was published, aiming to answer a question which physicians had long pondered: was long-term use of hormone replacement therapy, typically prescribed for women going through menopause, good for the heart?

Up to that point, hormone therapy had been marketed as a kind of fountain-of-youth elixir for menopausal women. Promising to protect the heart, keep bones strong, preserve youthfulness, and generally smooth out biological inconveniences of aging, women were prescribed these drugs and stayed on them for years, sometimes for decades. At that time, there was considerable debate about long-term effects, with some experts claiming the heart protective-effects of hormones were so pronounced that even studying the issue was a waste of time.

Launched in 1997, the WHI enrolled more than 16,000 post-menopausal women to test the effects of combined estrogen-progestin. Another arm tested the effects of estrogen alone in 10,000 women who had undergone a hysterectomy. The larger trial was terminated three years earlier than originally planned, once the findings showed an increased risk of breast cancer, heart disease, stroke, and blood clots among participants. The smaller trial was also halted a year earlier than planned due to increased risk of stroke.
That was the day that the music died for hormone therapy.

Or at least we thought.

Within months women stopped taking and physicians stopped prescribing hormone therapy. The everyday use of this class of drugs fell dramatically, by roughly half within a year.
And then something remarkable happened.

Breast cancer incidence in the United States dropped. Some say that the rates had been in decline for several years, but the drop was significant, falling by roughly six to seven percent in 2003. It was one of the sharpest year-to-year declines ever observed. The drop was especially pronounced among women over 50 and in estrogen-receptor positive tumours, precisely the cancers most likely to be stimulated by hormones.

This wasn’t a subtle statistical wiggle. For epidemiologists, this was the sort of signal that almost never happens so cleanly in real life. Usually population health trends are messy, tangled up in dozens of possible explanations. There are long latency periods with cancer yet here a cause and effect appeared almost choreographed.

Drug exposure goes down. Disease incidence goes down, Just like that. Overnight, by stopping a drug we probably saw the most important advance in the fight against breast cancer in the last half century. But…
