An extract from Pfizer’s post-authorization safety report (which was disclosed around December 2021 thanks to FOIA request) reads as follows, ‘Pregnancy outcomes for the 270 pregnancies were reported as spontaneous abortion (23), outcome pending (5), premature birth with neonatal death, spontaneous abortion with intrauterine death (2 each), spontaneous abortion with neonatal death, and normal outcome (1 each). No outcome was provided for 238 pregnancies.‘
… CDC based their recommendation of the COVID-19 vaccines for pregnant women on a limited retrospective study of roughly 10,000 pregnant women, with over 60% vaccinated during their third trimester (only 1% were in their first trimester) undeniably this could have led to bias in the results. The results of this study paved the way for health authorities around the world to say that the Covid-19 vaccines (Moderna, Pfizer, Janssen) were safe for pregnant women.
… Buried within the FDA package insert for COMIRNATY (marketing name for the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine) states, ‘Available data on COMIRNATY administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine-associated risks in pregnancy.’Â
