Executive Director’s Message

On Tuesday this week, I was privileged to host the CHA – VCC Nation Assembly call with Dr. Dorle Kneifel, our CHA President. It was the latest discussion in our current series unpacking the reality and practice of quantum manifesting, and what a great call it was!

In the discussion, Dr. Kneifel shared her personal and very relatable story with us. She explained how the challenges of life grounded in her both resilience and an understanding that to not just survive, but to thrive, she (like us all) needed to raise her frequency above the negative quagmire of life and focus on the better things she envisaged for herself and her family. Through this, Dorle started to understand and hone her manifesting capabilities, and in the call she walked us through the simple steps that she now applies to her life and how blessed it has become.

It was a fascinating and very engaging call, and I would encourage you all to watch the recording of it which should be posted to our video page on the CHA website within the next few days.

Part of my own personal journey of discovery in understanding the power of this quantum field is a growing appreciation of the importance of personal frequency and how we must all focus on raising our personal vibrational frequency as much, and as consistently, as possible. This tangibly improves the lives of not just ourselves, but all those around us, and as we get stronger and more positive, so we can raise the collective frequency of humanity as a whole – and if there was ever a time for this, it is right now!

Lots of things can raise our frequency, including positivity, optimism and showing kindness and empathy. All of these are simple daily choices than we can make, but which psychologically prime us to become beacons of light and ‘manifesters’ of the ‘brave new world’ we are all so desperately waiting for.
Perhaps, as they say, we have just been waiting for ourselves!

In the past, I have considered this type of thing as a bit ‘out there.’ But what I have learnt over the last four or five years, is that ‘intangible’ things such as kindness and empathy have a direct bearing on our quality of life, our success and our happiness.

Now science is proving that kindness actually changes our DNA and physically boosts our immune system, so it makes us healthier, which, in turn, improves our happiness and our productivity. I talk about this in detail in our first feature article below, titled, “Kindness Is Not Just The Foundation Of Our Civilization, But It Actually Enhances Our Genes.” For all of you on this same quest for happiness, health and wealth, I would recommend you read – and share it.

Thank you for sharing this journey with me. And if you would like to share more of your time with me, and the rest of the CHA team, think about volunteering to join our CHA Newsletter team.

We are looking for anyone who is interested in helping compile this CHA newsletter, edit and write content and set editorial policy for it.

This newsletter is a very important means of communicating with our 6,000+ members across Canada but it can be a lot of work every week, so, as we grow, we need a bit of help to keep improving and growing the newsletter as well. If you would be interested and have a passion for sharing interesting, informative and uplifting content with our members, send an email to alan.brough@canadahealthalliance.org with ‘Newsletter’ in the subject-line, and let’s have a chat.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Quote of the Week

“To sell Chemotherapy as a ‘therapy’ is the biggest deceit in the history of medicine.
Whoever masterminded this ‘chemo-torture’ deserves a monument in HELL.”

Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, MD

Wins of the Week

Thank you all for emailing me your own personal ‘wins’ this week. I think the exercise was great as it reminded so many of us that it is the little things in our lives that truly make a difference to our optimism, our happiness and our outlook for the future, and we need to celebrate those each and every day. So having been very introspective last week, this week we are mainly looking outwardly to the international wins which weren’t mentioned by the mainstream media (as usual!). They include this short selection…

  1. On Wednesday, once again, The Bank of Canada held its interest rate steady at 2.25% for the sixth time in a row, saying that economic growth appears to be recovering and inflation looks set to fall as oil prices decline. I’m not sure I entirely agree with them, but at least we won’t be seeing increased interest charges for the next three months, which is critical for so many Canadian households.
  2. Florida has launched an investigation into potassium bromate, a flour additive linked to cancer and other health concerns in animal studies and banned in several countries, Attorney General James Uthmeier announced Monday. The investigation will begin with subpoenas to General Mills and its subsidiary, Pillsbury, as state officials examine what companies knew about the ingredient, how it was marketed and where it was sold.“It is likely still in the food that you, at home, eat,” Uthmeier said during a press conference. The additive may be found in “food that is sold at our schools, food that is being consumed by our children, and food that is likely very harmful to the human body.” The investigation, launched under Florida’s consumer protection laws, will examine the supply chain for bromated products sold in the state. The win of this is that it raises awareness of the danger of bromate and how we as Canadians who consume Pillsbury products and flours are also being impacted, and hopefully that in turn will lead to such ingredients being removed from the food chain.
  3. New York will block the construction of any new large data centres for up to a year so the state can create rules to protect the environment and energy grid from the power-hungry facilities that fuel artificial intelligence technology. Gov. Kathy Hochul signed an executive order on Tuesday imposing the country’s first statewide moratorium on hyperscale data centers, which house thousands of computer servers and require massive amounts of energy and a steady supply of water to keep cool. “As data centre development threatens to hike up utility bills, deplete our natural resources, and create uncertainty, it’s my responsibility to take action and lead,” Hochul, a Democrat, said in a statement. Hopefully Canada will follow New York’s lead, however, with the recent announcement about the massive $13 billion Google data centre that will be built in Alberta we seem to be going in the wrong direction at the moment.
  4. US Republican Representative Paul Gosar has asked HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Jayanta Bhattacharya to shut down former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Chief Anthony Fauci’s Rocky Mountain Lab in Montana after White Coat Waste Project (WCW) exposed scandals including virus smuggling as well as monkey bite incidents. I’d say the more of these horrible facilities that can be closed down the better!
  5. On Monday, a US federal appeals court decreed that a lower court must allow three expert witnesses to testify in a multi-district litigation alleging Tylenol maker Kenvue concealed risks linked to prenatal acetaminophen exposure, which could increase the risk of autism and ADHD in children. This decision revives more than 500 lawsuits that had been dismissed after a lower court “overstepped its gatekeeping function” by excluding the expert testimony, according to the ruling.
  6. Health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is pressing forward with his effort to help Americans stop taking psychiatric drugs, a medical practice known as deprescribing. Earlier this month, dozens of mental health professionals met with federal health officials to map out forthcoming clinical guidance they hope will help providers instruct patients on how to come off of antidepressant medications. While the Department of Health and Human Services has discussed plans to hold such a meeting, the outlines of the discussion haven’t been reported. During those talks, they reviewed guidance from European nations and worked on recommendations for nonmedication-based options for patients to address their mental health, such as therapy.
  7. Germany is no longer recommending Covid-19 shots for healthy people under age 75, including pregnant women. The new recommendations mark a significant departure from the country’s previous guidance. The new guidance is “an acknowledgment, indirectly, that further vaccinations are not useful,” because natural immunity is effective at protecting the population against infection, said Harald Walach, Ph.D., founder and director of the Change Health Science Institute in Germany and professorial research fellow at Kazimieras Simonavicius University in Lithuania. According to Germany’s Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO), routine Covid-19 vaccination is no longer necessary for healthy adults because most people have developed hybrid immunity. Commenting on this, German toxicologist Helmut Sterz made a shocking admission when he said: “People who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 have never developed a durable, solid immunity against this man-made virus,”
  8. In France an appeals court has dramatically reduced the sentence imposed on opposition leader Marine Le Pen. This new ruling will now allow her to stand in the next scheduled Presidential election in France next year. The implications of this are massive as Le Pen is the most popular opposition leader in France and all the polls are currently predicting that, if allowed to stand, she will almost certainly win the election. She is strongly anti-EU and strongly anti-immigration, both of which are direct threats to the centralized EU government in Brussels. If she does gain power in 2027 it will add a great deal of impetus to Europe’s move to the Right and will, not doubt, change the political landscape across the entire European Union over the next few years. However, we can expect the old guard to do everything in their power to retain the status quo, and there will certainly be a lot more more dirty tricks, lawfare and reputational assaults to be had before this is over.

If you have any personal, local or national wins that you think we should share and celebrate please email then to me at alan.brough@canadahealthalliance.org

Kindness Is Not Just The Foundation Of Our Civilization, But It Actually Enhances Our Genes

Kindness and empathy, especially for strangers, is seen as an indicator of the evolution of our humanity, and as such it reflects the stature of our society, and, in the broader sense, our ‘civilization.’

And this goes back a long way. Research suggests that kindness provided the origins of socialization among early humans and it enabled the cooperation necessary for language, tools, and societal structures to emerge, which are all foundational for any group of people to be able to merge into a functioning and successful ‘civilization.’

In fact the word ‘civilization’ itself implies this, by the need to be ‘civil.’

Kindness is now widely considered a fundamental measure of the standard, quality, durability and sustainability of a civilization, so when we consider the quality and sustainability of our current ‘civilization’ we should consider how kind we are both as individual members of our civilization, and how kind our civilization is as a whole.

In fact many who study this topic describe ‘civilization’ as a slow process of learning to be kind, with kindness acting as the “lubricant” or “oil” that allows people to live together more easily and more productively.

Yet, our ‘civilization’ seems to be permanently embroiled in warfare, conflict over resources, exploitation and the domination of those who are weaker (both from within our own society and those from other competitive societies). This doesn’t seem to be a good reflection on us being ‘the Good Guys.’

Ultimately, the standard of a civilization is reflected in how it treats its weakest members and its capacity for empathy and generosity. Again, we just need to consider for a moment the implications of how MAiD in Canada is being deployed to ‘solve’ the problem of terminally ill people suffering from physical, mental or emotional issues. Just how different is this to how Hitler ‘solved’ the problem of disabled people in ‘the Great Arian’ society of the late 1930’s, and what does this say about our current Canadian ‘civilization’?

And the awful thing is that MAiD is just one example of many. Other questions we need to ask ourselves include:

  • How were our elderly treated in their fear, bewilderment and isolation during 2020 and 2021 and was there any kindness in that?
  • How were school kids treated if their parents refused to get them vaccinated during the Covid craziness? Was there any empathy there at all?
  • How were healthcare practitioners (yes, many of you as Canada Health Alliance members reading this now) treated by their colleagues and their colleges when they questioned the narrative? We know there was no respect or kindness there either.

So just how civilized are we, and having lived through the last six years, can we now still be kind to others?

Whether we personally can or not, depends on our personal circumstances and no one can be a fair judge of those bitter experiences and how they have impacted us. But if we can rekindle and re-cultivate our ability to be kind and empathetic, it will not only break the cycle of physical and emotional violence, but it will actually enhance our genes and improve our health!

Kindness is part of ‘normal’ human nature and as we feel compassion for others’ suffering and help and support them, we are able, in some small way, to free them from their suffering. Research shows that when we show kindness our brain’s “empathy circuit” lights up.

According to decades of neuroscience research, we know that kindness goes beyond the desire to free people from suffering and includes an intention to improve others’ well-being without expecting anything in return. Yet, when you give, something is inadvertently gained that engenders beauty in your own inner world.

Naturally, kindness cultivates happiness. In a 2019 study published in The Journal of Social Psychology, researchers found that people who performed kind acts every day for seven days experienced a significant increase in happiness. Interestingly, whether people were kind to their family or to strangers, the more kind deeds they did or observed, the happier they were.

In the article “How Kindness Can Enhance Your Life” that was recently published in the Epoch Times, Makai Elías Calles writes: “Kindness affects more than emotions—it influences one’s DNA—shaping how the immune system works.

A group of scientists from the University of California set out to discover whether being kind to others changes our bodies at the genetic level and their finds are astonishing.

At the beginning and end of the study, the participants gave blood samples. The scientists looked for changes in a set of genes linked to inflammation and stress. Genes that, when overactive, are associated with a higher risk for diseases such as heart problems.

The findings were fascinating. The group that performed kind acts for other people showed the greatest healthy change in their gene activity in immune cells. The blood samples showed reduced expression of genes tied to inflammation and stress.”

And the data suggest that single acts of kindness may spread farther than we think.

Research conducted at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania corroborates the contagious element of kindness in what they call “upstream reciprocity.” In controlled experiments, participants who witnessed someone helping another person were 26% more likely to help a random stranger later.

In a corroborative study, social scientists James Fowler and Nicholas Christakis found that when one person acts generously, it inspires others to act generously toward a wide range of different people, creating a chain of kind acts.

When one person acts selflessly, they found, it inspires their friends and even their friends’ friends to be more generous as well. The ripple continues up to a third layer, moving like a wave through human networks.

And that is the ripple of positive that not just heals us personally, but which binds us into a stronger, better civilization, where we are respected, supported and cared for, which is what everyone wants and needs.

I recently received a newsletter from my friends at the Thrive All Community. Their opening comment was exceptionally profound and very pertinent to this issue, and how, by raising our collective frequency, we will be able to, quite literally, ‘save the world.’ I would like to share this commentary with you (with full credit and thanks to Didi and her incredible team of visionaries). They wrote:

“There comes a time in every generation when we must decide what kind of world we want to leave behind. I believe that time is now.

We live in a world filled with war, greed, corruption, and division. Everywhere we look, people are taught to compete, to fight for more, protect what is theirs, because they believe there isn’t enough for everyone. But what if we’ve been asking the wrong question? What if the future of humanity isn’t built through competition, but through cooperation?

Look at nature. A forest grows because every tree, plant, bird, and insect plays its part. The human body survives because trillions of cells work together. When cells stop cooperating and only serve themselves, the body becomes sick. Perhaps humanity is suffering from the same illness.

Imagine a still pond. One small stone sends ripples across the water until every shore is touched. This is how cooperation spreads. Every act of kindness creates a ripple. It begins with one person, touches a family, strengthens a community, and soon spreads from town to town, city to city, province to province, until it reaches the world.

Imagine the impacts of this? An Earth where people work together instead of against one another. Where children grow up feeling safe, valued, and hopeful. Where leaders seek solutions instead of division, and communities care for one another.

It may seem like a dream. But every great change in history began when ordinary people chose a different way. Every ripple starts with one simple choice and when we send another ripple into the world because enough of us choose to create those ripples…One day they become a wave powerful enough to change the world.

The future isn’t something we wait for. It’s something we create. One ripple at a time.”

And I would add to this, one act of kindness at a time.

And the science proves that if you make the effort, be it as simple as a smile, a helping hand, an encouraging comment or a supportive hug, then everyone gets better.

Let’s give it a try…

Have You Been Injured By The Covid Vaccine, Or Lost Loved-Ones To It?
If So, Become a Witness In The Allison Inquiry

Canadians who have been injured by a Covid-19 vaccine want to share their stories with Members of Parliament so the truth can finally be told. Family members of persons injured or killed by the Covid-19 vaccines also want to share their stories of the devastation caused and how it has been brushed aside and ignored.

The purpose of the Allison Inquiry is to provide a neutral forum for Canadians to share their personal experiences of injuries to themselves, or to others, from the Covid-19 vaccine(s). The mandate of the Allison Inquiry is to listen to Canadians.

And this is why Canada Health Alliance is fully supporting the Allison Inquiry.

On September 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2026, the Allison Inquiry will start hearing the testimony of Canadians injured by a Covid-19 vaccine. The Inquiry will be broadcast live from Parliament Hill in Ottawa. This will be the first time that Canadian lawmakers will be listening to Canadians about their experiences with the Covid-19 vaccines, and unlike the incredible National Citizen’s Inquiry, this time they won’t be able to ignore it!

The Allison Inquiry will be chaired by Member of Parliament Dean Allison and is non-partisan. Members of Parliament and Senators from all parties are eligible to sit as panel members.

We know that many of our Canada Health Alliance members have been impacted by the Covid vaccines, and that includes injury not just to themselves, but the death and injury of friends and family, whose loss is irreplaceable, and so sadly unnecessary.

If you are one of these people, we would like to invite you to register as a witness and to tell your story to the MP’s on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. Visit the Allison Inquiry website at https://covidtestimony.com/ and complete the witness registration form at: https://covidtestimony.com/#witness-form

It’s time the truth – YOUR TRUTH was told – and heard on The Hill.

The Common Anticholinergic Drugs In Your Medicine Cabinet Linked to Increased Cardiovascular Disease Risk

By Dr. Joseph Mercola

The medications filling your medicine cabinet may be quietly undermining your heart. A broad class of drugs known as anticholinergics — found in everyday treatments for allergies, depression, bladder problems, motion sickness, and sleep disorders — block acetylcholine, a chemical messenger your nervous system uses to keep your heart rhythm steady, your blood pressure stable, and your digestion moving.

When those signals are suppressed for years, your heart loses one of its most important stabilizers — the system that keeps it calm when your body is under stress. Many people don’t realize how common these medications are, or that taking more than one at a time compounds the effect.

The most common brands of anticholinergic medications are found across several drug classes, often under specific brand names, including:

  1. First-Generation Antihistamines (often used for sleep or allergies) include Benadryl (diphenhydramine), Unisom (doxylamine), Dramamine (dimenhydrinate), and Vistaril (hydroxyzine).
  2. Antispasmodics (used for gastrointestinal issues) include Bentyl (dicyclomine), Levsin (hyoscyamine), Transderm Scop (scopolamine), and Librax (clidinium/chlordiazepoxide).
  3. Antimuscarinics (used for overactive bladder) include Oxytrol (oxybutynin), Vesicare (solifenacin), Detrol (tolterodine), and Toviaz (fesoterodine).
  4. Other Common Brands include Cogentin (benztropine, for Parkinson’s), Robaxin (methocarbamol, muscle relaxant), and Paxil (paroxetine, an antidepressant).
  5. Many OTC sleep aids (like Tylenol PM) and anti-nausea medications (like Gravol) also contain strong anticholinergic ingredients like diphenhydramine.

Two large population studies that were recently published show, however, that the cardiovascular consequences of this cumulative drug burden are serious and follow a clear pattern: the more exposure you accumulate, the greater your risk of heart failure, arrhythmias, heart attacks, and strokes.

Once scientists began analyzing long-term medication exposure across hundreds of thousands of people, the link between anticholinergic drugs and heart disease became impossible to ignore. The first major study offers a clear picture of how this drug burden translates into measurable heart risk over time.

The key points and conclusions from these studies are as follows:

  • Common medications with anticholinergic effects — including certain allergy drugs, sleep aids, and antidepressants — interfere with acetylcholine, a chemical your nervous system uses to regulate heart rhythm, blood pressure, and other automatic body functions
  • A large study following 508,273 adults for about 14 years found that higher use of these medications was linked to significantly greater risk of cardiovascular problems such as heart failure, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attacks, and strokes
  • Researchers observed a clear dose-response pattern: the more frequently these medications were used, the higher the risk of heart disease, with the highest exposure group showing roughly a 71% increase in cardiovascular events
  • A separate long-term study tracking 21,636 adults found that people taking several anticholinergic medications had increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease and significantly higher death rates compared with those who took none
  • Reducing reliance on anticholinergic medications and supporting metabolic health may help lower the drug burden on your heart and nervous system; further research is needed to confirm whether these lifestyle changes directly reduce cardiovascular risk
