Executive Director’s Message

Firstly, I would like to thank all of you who emailed me with your thoughts and comments on the newsletter over the course of this last week. I very much appreciate hearing from you and, as always, will take your suggestions and input into account. In fact, based on the volume of positive feed-back, it has got me thinking about what we really do at Canada Health Alliance and the positive impact it has on those around us.

Generally, we all just go about our lives, try to do the right thing as best as we can, and I, for one, certainly didn’t realize how that has helped so many of you, sometimes to just get through a bad day or to feel part of something good and true in these challenging times. And, it is not just about us at CHA, but it is about you as well.

I can guarantee you that there is someone out there who looks up to YOU and sees YOU as a role model, and that is why we are all so important to changing and bettering this world we live in.

We do that by just doing or saying the right thing, even when we think no-one is noticing, because whether we know it or not, someone is noticing, and we need to be mindful of which of our behaviours they will attach to and emulate.

This is the reason why traumatized children often become traumatizing parents, because they unknowingly attach to and emulate that high-impact behaviour. But it works both ways. If we are caring to those around us, those around us become caring. If we stand for the truth, then soon enough those around us stand for the truth too.

While it can take time to see the spreading of this ripple, it is just a matter of time, which is why we need to be strong and tenacious in what we believe in and what we ultimately stand for.  We always need to be honest, genuine, kind and respectful, and we always need to be generous with the empathy and care we give to all those around us, because those are the traits of the society we want our children and grandchildren to grow up in.

So, it is those small, meaningful things we choose to do everyday and at every opportunity that will change the world and which will push back the darkness, especially if we do it together and start forming positive ripples in the subconscious “field” that connects us all. These positive ripples, if there are enough of them, will reawaken our slumbering spiritual capabilities that are lying dormant in the deep recesses of our very being.

People are talking about these solar flares and the big solar storm that has been going on this last week, and how the spiking Schumann resonances are activating these spiritual capabilities. That could be true.

However, I think we can activate our supernatural capabilities simply by believing we can. Then, when we work on raising our spiritual vibrational frequency by immersing ourselves in love, authenticity and altruism we can – and will – become the role models and ‘beacons of hope and positivity’ that we need to be to usher in the beautiful new world we have been waiting for. And the more we work on this, the easier and more profound it becomes. We are indeed at the cusp of something incredible, which is why the forces of darkness are so desperate to lash out, crush our spirits and cower us into trembling submission.

And it is a race against time.

The darkness knows it must subjugate the majority of people before too many of us realize our true power and destiny. Somehow, as we get closer and closer to it, the year 2030 seems to be an even more important milestone than we realized when Klaus, the WEF, the UN and so many national governments all first started talking about it.

Thank you again for your emails and for reminding me of the ‘ripples’ that we need to keep making. Consequently, I will actually be in touch again next week, even though it might just be a quick one-pager with a short message and a few Wins of the Week to just keep us connected and positive. 🙂

Sincerely,

Alan Brough

Quote of the Week

“I oppose government enforced Covid vax mandates, and therefore I oppose special exemptions to vax mandates.

On its face, it’s wrong. The government has ZERO right to know why I’m not interested in their experimental toxic vax.

Federal Government damned sure has no right to corner us into some kind of “religious exemption” to shield us from an unwanted medical procedure. I don’t need the government’s permission to make my own decisions about the vax, and I’m not interested in being forced into an “official explanation” of why I don’t want poison in my blood.

Don’t buy the sales pitch. My right to refuse a vax does not require a religious exemption.”

US Congressman Clay Higgins

Wins of the Week

This week we have seen some very significant wins in Canada, the United States and around the world, and so to start our ‘ripple’ of positivity and optimism here is a bumper edition of Wins of the Week…

1. Alberta NDP Leader, Naheed Nenshi, who once mocked ivermectin as anti-science “quackery,” has admitted that he himself is now actually using the drug! During an interview about Alberta’s healthcare system on Tuesday, Nenshi mentioned one of his own medical issues and went on to say that “one of the treatments that has shown a bit of promise is ivermectin… So there you go, folks, ivermectin actually does work for something.” Hopefully this will be the start of a quiet admission by all those neigh-sayers across the Canadian political spectrum that they were actually wrong, and next time they should do some research before embarrassing themselves by just blindly reading the scripts they were provided.

2. Last week we reported on the ‘Win’ that Bill C-9, the supposed ‘online hate bill,’ which many see as an overt censorship bill and a restriction on basic rights, had been ‘paused.’ This was a good thing, but we warned that pressure needed to be maintained to end it altogether. This week we are very happy to report on Jawed Anwar’s substack calling Bill C-9 an “anti-religion and anti-religious rights bill.” This is highly significant coming from a devout Muslim who sees this egregious bill exactly for what it is – a means of ultimately restricting ALL religious rights in Canada. Jawed very articulately points this out saying (amongst many other very valid points) that, “while the bill claims to combat hate like Islamophobia, it harshly penalizes faith groups for upholding religious teachings/morals. Please note that Canadian laws offer leniency to violent offenders such as rapists and pedophiles through prior legislation, but jail religious preachers.” And “As highlighted by Muslim organizations, the bill risks over-enforcement against already surveilled communities like Muslims, turning routine religious activities into crimes while ignoring existing laws that adequately address hate.” We are united in this, and salute Jawed Anwar for keeping the pressure up on stopping Bill C-9. You can read Jawed’s entire and highly recommended post at: https://jawedanwar.substack.com/p/religious-rights-should-not-be-compromised

3. The release of roughly three million pages of Epstein-related documents by the US Department of Justice, provides more evidence that the pandemic response was not merely improvised in 2020, but pre-aligned financially, institutionally, and operationally years in advance. More information should be forthcoming as the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has formally required Bill Gates to testify under oath. For more on this see: https://sayerji.substack.com/p/breaking-congress-calls-bill-gates

4. All vaccine recommendations are being reconsidered by the US’s vaccines committee, according to its top adviser, Kirk Milhoan, who in recent interviews slammed vaccination requirements for attending school and said vaccines, including those on the childhood schedule, should only be taken on the advice of an individual’s doctor.

5. After all the hype, fear and panic that the media generated about the measles outbreak last year, and how they claimed that the only way to protect our children was to give them yet another vaccine, now the CDC themselves admit that the measles vaccine wasn’t effective. According to a key official with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), vaccination doesn’t guarantee immunity against measles! Dr. Ralph Abraham, principal deputy director of the CDC, made the statement just days after the agency released a report showing that some of the people infected during an outbreak of the disease in Colorado last year had been vaccinated. Hopefully the Win in all this is that next time people won’t fall for the fear-porn, and will be a little more discerning and hands-on when it comes to the health and wellbeing of their children.

6. An adult woman, Fox Varian, who had her breasts removed as part of “gender-affirming” surgery performed when she was a teenager, sued her psychologist and her plastic surgeon, and last week won a $2 million settlement in a New York court. The three-week case, heard before the Westchester County Supreme Court, represented the first detransitioner malpractice lawsuit to go to trial and succeed in the US, the New York Post reported. This is a very significant precedent-setting case as there are thousands of other seriously damaged young people who deeply regret having been pushed into the irreversible ‘transitioning’ process, but who, up until now, have been unable to have their cases heard.

7. Possibly in light of the above and the growing amount of evidence of the harms of ‘medical transitioning,’ a few days ago the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (the ASPS) became the first major medical organization in the US to reject the transgender activists’ ideological push to mutilate young people. In their official statement issued at the beginning of February which went to the group’s 11,000 members, the ASPS now recommends that surgeons delay transgender-related chest, genital, and facial surgeries until a patient is at least 19 years old. HHS Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., praised the group for its new position “defending sound science.” “We commend the American Society of Plastic Surgeons for standing up to the over-medicalization lobby and defending sound science,” Kennedy, Jr. said in a statement. “By taking this stand, they are helping protect future generations of American children from irreversible harm.”

8. Just ONE DAY after the above announcement by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association (AMA), which is one of the most influential medical organizations in the United States, also endorsed delaying gender-affirming surgeries until adulthood. The dominoes are falling quickly as both common sense and genuine care starts to finally make a come back. According to Fox Varian’s lawyer, her positive ruling and her $2 million damages pay-out (as detailed above), along with the caving of the ASPS and the AMA signals a tipping point that “every doctor should take seriously.” About time too!!

9. Arizona Representative, Rachel Jones Keshel, has introduced HB 2974, the “Sansone mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act,” into the Arizona Legislature. The measure will designate modified mRNA injections as biological agents and weapons of mass destruction. It declares that their manufacture, possession, or distribution may be prosecuted as terrorism, carrying penalties up to life imprisonment if a violation results in death. Nicolas Hulscher writes: “When an injectable product causes more death and injury than over a hundred Hiroshima nuclear attacks, it ceases to be a matter of regulatory debate. It becomes a matter of criminal liability, legislative intervention, and historical accountability.” Tennessee has introduced similar legislation, and the ramifications of this are massive.

10. The San Francisco City Attorney’s Office recently filed a groundbreaking lawsuit against the titans of the UPF (ultra-processed food) industry: Kraft Heinz, Mondelez, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, General Mills, Nestlé USA, Kellogg, Mars, ConAgra, and Post Holdings. Explaining why the city took this important step to protect public health, San Francisco City Attorney, David Chiu, said, “They took food and made it unrecognizable and harmful to the human body. We must be clear that this is not about consumers making better choices. Recent surveys show Americans want to avoid ultra-processed foods, but we are inundated by them. These companies engineered a public health crisis, they profited handsomely, and now they need to take responsibility for the harm they have caused.” With San Francisco taking the lead on this hopefully many other cities, states and provinces will follow as we start the process of rebuilding public health and addressing the root-causes of why people are so unhealthy.

11. The Trump administration is requiring GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, to phase out the use of vaccines containing the preservative thimerosal if it wants future US funding. The HHS has asked Gavi to submit a detailed action plan with a timeline for a phase-out of thimerosal-containing vaccines in its portfolio. But Gavi has not yet done so. “Until a plan for removal of thimerosal-containing vaccines is developed and the plan initiated, the United States will withhold future new funding and pause access to the US International Development Finance Corporation line of financing,” the HHS said.

12. The United Nations has declared it is at risk of “imminent financial collapse” due to member states not paying their fees. António Guterres said that money could run out by July. This comes after the UN’s largest contributor, the US, refused to contribute to its regular and peacekeeping budgets, and withdrew from several agencies it called a “waste of taxpayer dollars.” In January, Trump withdrew it from dozens of international organizations, including 31 UN agencies, to “end American taxpayer funding and involvement in entities that advance globalist agendas over US priorities.”

13. Nearly half of the people who responded to a nationwide Japanese survey said they would not get vaccinated in a future pandemic, even if faced with a fatality rate similar to that of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study found that the groups least willing to get vaccinated were females and younger adults (aged 20-40).

Canada Admits Covid Shots Have Harmed Thousands Of People Who Still Await Compensation

By Anthony Murdoch as published in Life Site News

The Canadian government has announced that it will take direct control of the Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP) in April from a company that has only paid out $18 million to vaccine-injured Canadians.

By this action, Canada’s Public Health Agency has more or less admitted that the Covid shots have caused harm to no less than 10,000 people and that it must take direct control of a failed vaccine injury compensation program.

As such, starting April 1, the government will take direct control over the program from Oxaro Inc. Commenting on this the agency admitted that, “We have heard the process has been slow and difficult for many,”

.         VISP was launched in December 2020 after the Canadian government gave vaccine makers a shield from liability regarding Covid-19 jab-related injuries. However, mismanagement within the program has led to many injured Canadians still waiting to receive compensation while government contractors grow richer. Over 10,000 “serious” cases have been reported, including 442 deaths outright, spontaneous abortions, and hundreds of heart attacks, strokes, organ damage and facial paralysis.

Of the $50.6 million that Oxaro Inc. has received, $33.7 million has been spent on administrative costs, compared with only $18.1 million going to vaccine-injured Canadians. Hopefully things will improve. Although sadly it is not common for projects taken over by the government to do better than a private contractor, especially here in Canada where we have seen numerous cases of incompetency and corruption coming to light over the last few years. Hopefully this won’t be yet another in that long list…

Should We Be Worried About This NIPAH Outbreak?

Recently we have seen the return of masking and other ‘safety protocols’ in certain hospitals across Canada. When asking why this has been deemed necessary, one of the reasons was precautions against the possible NIPAH outbreak, which of course is enough to send most people back into a PTSD-induced panic.

But is this NIPAH outbreak really something we should be worried about?

Having been down this road of ‘what will the next pandemic be’, in which we have considered Bird Flu, Ebola, Measles, NIPAH and even the Plague, it seems like deja vu. And always our answer has been the same – No, it is unlikely to be a realistic threat to public health here in North America.

The UK’s Dr. John Campbell did a feature video on this issue earlier this week (see the YouTube link below) in which he also asked, “Should we be worried about it? Is it coming to Western countries? And the answer to this question is yes, it is a risk. And no, I don’t think it is much of a risk at the moment.

Actually the reason I’m saying yes it is a potential risk is it could be weaponized, it could be messed around within laboratories doing gain of function research and it would leak and then, of course, it would be a significant risk…

So do I think we’re going to see cases of NIPAH virus spreading person-to-person in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom? No. I don’t, given the information we have at the moment. If you’re worried about NIPAH virus spreading in the west, I would stop worrying at least for the time being until new information comes to light.”

While the World Health Organization has said it has epidemic potential, so far only two cases of NIPAH virus have been confirmed in the Indian state of West Bengal where the rare disease is endemic. However, according to ABC this prompted several Asian countries including Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan and Singapore to implement Covid-19-style health checks and increase airport health screenings, which triggered the media frenzy in the West.

The Nipah virus was first identified in 1998 during an outbreak among pig farmers in Malaysia. It affected roughly 300 humans and caused more than 100 deaths, according to Discover magazine. Symptoms typically appear 4-21 days after exposure and include fever, respiratory problems, pneumonia and neurological complications such as encephalitis or meningitis. Back in 1998 authorities slaughtered millions of pigs to contain the spread.

Since being identified in 1998, outbreaks have occurred primarily in rural or semi-rural regions of India, Bangladesh, Malaysia and parts of Southeast Asia. After this first outbreak the degree of contagion seems to have waned and by 2002 India had reported relatively few infection cases each year. The virus has never been detected in Canada, the United States, the UK or Australia.

So, once again, this is not something we should be too concerned about at this stage.

The Prostate Cancer Test Dilemma

By Maryanne Demasi as published in the Brownstone Institute.

The parallels between prostate cancer screening and the PSA test (which stands for a Prostate-Specific Antigen test) and routine mammography are striking. Both programs rest on the same seductive logic: find cancer early, treat it, and save lives. It sounds so obvious, doesn’t it?

But the latest data on prostate-cancer screening — 23 years of it — suggest that this promise, too, has failed the most important test: overall mortality.

When the Numbers Don’t Match the Promise

The European randomized screening study began in 1993 and enrolled more than 160,000 men aged 55 to 69. Half were invited to have regular PSA blood tests; the others were not.

After 23 years of follow-up, published in the New England Journal of Medicine at the end of October 2025 in their Volume 393, Number 17 edition, the results are in: Men who were screened, when translated into absolute numbers, had a 1.4% risk of dying versus 1.6%, for those who weren’t screened. That is an absolute reduction of just 0.2%.

That means you’d have to screen about 500 men to prevent one death from prostate cancer — the other 499 see no benefit. But here’s the key point — the overall death rates were identical in both groups. Despite finding more prostate cancers, men who were screened did not live longer — they simply had a higher chance of being labelled “cancer patients.”

.         The study found that while screening can modestly reduce prostate cancer deaths, it comes at the cost of significant over-diagnosis and over-treatment.

The reality for most men is that once a PSA test is positive, it’s almost impossible not to act. I describe it like a conveyor belt: once you’re on it, it’s difficult to get off. An elevated PSA often sets in motion a chain of medical interventions that men may not need.

A positive test often triggers MRIs, biopsies, surgery, radiation, and often with lifelong consequences. Men who undergo unnecessary treatment can be left impotent, incontinent, or chronically anxious.

Most elevated PSAs are false positives, and even when biopsies reveal no cancer, the process itself carries risk — including infections that can require hospitalization — and often leads to repeat testing and repeat biopsies. The psychological toll — months of fear between tests, the dread of results, the pressure to “do something” can also be harmful.

A recent study published in JAMA Internal Medicine of nearly a quarter-million US veterans found that even men with limited life expectancy — too old or frail to benefit — were being treated aggressively for prostate cancer.

The authors urged doctors to “avoid definitive treatment of men with limited life expectancy to prevent unnecessary toxic effects.” It’s a roundabout way of saying what should be obvious — we’re hurting people we can’t help.

The Pressure to Participate

Every October brings Breast Cancer Awareness Month, urging women to get mammograms “for peace of mind.” Every November brings Movember, encouraging men to grow moustaches to raise funds and promote prostate cancer screening in the name of “men’s health.”

.         The intentions are good. But these campaigns often create social pressure rather than informed choice. They send the message that screening is a no-brainer when, in fact, the evidence is far more nuanced.

Advocacy groups and celebrity endorsements can amplify that pressure, but they rarely explain the full picture: that for most men, prostate cancer is slow-growing and unlikely to be fatal. Around 97% of men diagnosed with prostate cancer die from something else. For some, those are odds worth accepting.

Public health messaging tends to treat populations as uniform. But individuals aren’t. Understanding what population-level recommendations mean for individual lives is essential. Even Richard Ablin, the man who discovered the PSA test in 1970, later called mass screening “a public health disaster” in the New York Times, authoring an article published on March 9, 2010, titled “The Great Prostate Mistake.“

Why Informed Consent Matters

I stress the need for true informed consent — not just a pamphlet or checkbox, but an honest conversation between doctors and patients.

I’ve seen PSA tests ordered without patients even being aware — bundled into routine blood work for “general health” or “annual checkups.” Too often, the first time a man hears about PSA screening is after an abnormal result.

Patients must be asked whether they want the test — and whether they understand what a positive result could set in motion. They should know the risks of testing, the risks of not testing, and what living with uncertainty might look like.

For a man with a strong family history or someone who cannot live with uncertainty, PSA screening may be reasonable. But for someone at peace with small risks and wishing to avoid procedures that may lead to impotence or incontinence, declining screening is equally rational.

This is what evidence-based medicine looks like — it takes into consideration a patient’s values and preferences, together with clinical experience and data. The role of a doctor is to inform, not coerce.

Public health must stop selling certainty and start embracing nuance. Some abnormalities don’t need to be found. Sometimes in medicine, ‘less is more.’ And sometimes the most responsible medical decision is to do nothing.

The point is, it’s patients — not governments — who should steer their own medical decisions, once they’ve been fully informed.

The story of the PSA test, like routine mammography, reminds us that well-intentioned medicine can cause real harm when certainty is oversold and humility is lost.

Book of the Week

HOLISTIC CANCER CARE:

An Herbal Approach to Reducing Cancer Risk, Helping Patients Thrive during Treatment, and Minimizing Recurrence

by Chanchal Cabrera

Chanchal Cabrera is a medical herbalist with a specialty in integrative oncology and in this book she provides an in-depth guide to practical, solution-focused strategies for using herbal medicines and other natural therapies to reduce the risk of cancer.

Patients facing a cancer diagnosis often feel at the mercy of an illness they don’t understand and in the hands of doctors offering treatments that focus on the cancer, instead of on the patient.

In Holistic Cancer Care, Chanchal Cabrera, a consulting medical herbalist with more than 20 years specializing in holistic oncology, provides an in-depth guide to using herb-based therapies in conjunction with conventional treatments.

Putting the patient front and center, holistic therapies can help boost the immune system, which can slow the spread of certain cancers and, in some cases, even enhance the cancer-killing effects of chemotherapy. Herbal medicine and other therapies also offer effective ways of dealing with the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation.

Drawing from decades of clinical experience helping patients recover from cancer, Cabrera provides a wealth of safe, well-researched information, including specific herbal formulas, important discussions about dosing and safety, detox protocols, recommendations for nutritional supplements, simple recipes for nourishing meals, and patient case histories that demonstrate the power of the strategies she recommends.

You can order this book directly off Chanchal’s website at: https://chanchalcabrera.com/product/holistic-cancer-care/

Chanchal Cabrera will be our guest on our next Canada Health Alliance National Assembly call on Tuesday, February 10th (this coming Tuesday). If you would like to reserve your spot in our live audience and participate in the audience Q&A with Chanchal, register at: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/rVj1CoBrSByGrsJqNXisGg
